Course Syllabus

Note that this posted version of the syllabus has been slightly revised to correct errors that we noted on the first night of class, and some others.  There are no major changes to content, but this the official syllabus of the class, so you will want to substitute for the draft syllabus that I distributed on the first night of class.  Note that the second attachment reflects the class dates and due dates revised due to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
