|
In the previous unit, you explored approaches to instructional design. These approaches are based in part on research into how people learn. This unit provides a review of educational psychology and learning theories. The focus this week is on the learner: characteristics and context. You will consider the importance of knowing the learner and the learning environment to the instructional design process. This unit presents information and resources related to needs assessment, learner analysis, and learner context. In this unit, you will work with your team to complete the Needs Assessment/Learner Analysis/Context Analysis. |
