Vishen Lakhiani is the guy behind the award-winning company Mindvalley and FinerMinds.com. Vishen is considered one of the young visionaries behind the personal growth movement. Highly successful online entrepreneur, sought after speaker, an inspiration, and a total personal growth junkie. He's on a quest to redesign education, heighten human consciousness and have a ton of fun doing it.
The following is an extended version of Vishen Lakhiani's TEDx KL talk on "Five Ways to Create the World's Greatest Workplace". The version was filmed at Awesomeness Fest Maui, 2011 and both talks received standing ovations. Vishen outlines his plans to transform the way business is done in the developing world and shares a model he believes any entrepreneur can emulate.
In this speech Vishen shares the 5 Principles he brought into Mindvalley to transform it into one of the world's best places to work. This has resulted in the company, although based in Malaysia, dominating it's industry globally, growing by 80% every year for the last 5 years, and becoming a talent hub now employing people from 30 different countries, all of whom move to Malaysia to work from Mindvalley HQ.
